Japanese food is becoming very popular across the world, and some of the finest Japanese restaurants can be found in Dubai. When many people think of Japanese cuisine, their first thought is about raw fish dishes like sushi, but there is much more depth and texture to it than that. Fish and seafood are very important in Japanese cookery, and are often eaten raw, but there is also a great range of noodle, rice and soup dishes to tempt the palates of budding gastronauts in Dubai.
