Lebanese food is a healthy cuisine, low in animal fat, which combines Mediterranean and Arabic influences. Like Greek or Italian cuisine, olive oil is used plentifully, and lemon juice is often added to dishes to add a touch of citrus freshness. Chickpeas and garlic are other flavours which are common. Lebanese cuisine dates back thousands of years to the Phoenicians, but has also been influenced by other cultures who have ruled the region, such as Turkey and France.

Food is very good, quantities are little small, they should serve more pieces of chicken & meet in orders
The taboulleh is just parsley. Add more tomato and burghul ! Those are the main ingredients of taboulleh! Otherwise food is excellent as always

Mansaf sauce “broth” given separately is not enough for the amount of rice given. Mansaf sauce “broth” needs to be more than this. Otherwise everything was good
Everything was good except for the mashawi and Arayes. It could have tasted better . And the cheese rolls were very oily although the filling was very yummy
