Starting today, you will see a service fee that is 3% of your order value, with a minimum service fee of 0.75 AED per order, up to a maximum of 3.49 AED. You will also see lowered average delivery fees.
We collect a service fee on each order, which we use to bring you customer service if you need it, and to keep developing our app and our selection so you can have the best food delivery experience. We’re committed to ensuring that the fees you pay for every order are clear and we are transparent, so your fees will be displayed in-app before you check-out.
