Hold Your Horses: Deliveroo and Best Kept Shared Bring On-Demand Fashion to Life with First-Ever Horse Delivery

In a first-of-its-kind stunt timed to Dubai’s equestrian season and Fashion Friday taking place on January 23rd, Deliveroo has unveiled UAE’s first-ever horse delivery, transforming a last-minute fashion emergency into a heroic moment of rescue. Created in collaboration with homegrown luxury fashion rental platform Best Kept Shared, the playful delivery sees a Deliveroo-branded jockey arrive on horseback to deliver the missing hat that completes a race-day look.

Captured in a cinematic hero video, the stunt unfolds outside a Dubai home as a woman steps out fully dressed, only to realise her outfit isn’t quite complete. With time running out, help arrives in the most unexpected form, as a rider appears on horseback, delivering the missing piece in a Deliveroo bag.

The iconic moment reinforces Deliveroo’s role as the ultimate problem-solver, stepping in when it matters most, while spotlighting Best Kept Shared’s curated selection of designer dresses, hats, and accessories available to rent on-demand directly through the Deliveroo app.

Through Best Kept Shared on Deliveroo, customers in Dubai can rent a curated selection of designer fashion and accessories, including pieces specially selected for the equestrian season, and have them delivered to their doorstep in as little as 40 minutes. Rentals are available for up to three days, after which Best Kept Shared handles collection and professional dry cleaning, keeping every piece pristine and ready for its next moment.

With its first-ever, one-time-only horse delivery, Deliveroo continues to blur the lines between convenience and creativity, delivering not just what customers need but unforgettable moments that keep the brand top of mind during one of the city’s most talked-about seasons.
