About Shukr Bake House - Jumeirah 1
The Ensaymada: a soft Filipino brioche, buttery and lightly sweet, with a coat of vanilla buttercream and a salty snowfall of Edam and mature cheddar on top. Sweet, then salty, then gone. The dough sleeps overnight and is baked fresh daily, and every order leaves boxed, stamped, and sealed like registered mail. There's a coffee too, capped with the same cheese. Shukr means thanks. Thank God for Ensaymadas.

Thank God for Ensaymadas.
One dish, baked fresh daily. We count them as blessings, then we count them into boxes.
Gift Box of Six Ensaymadas (D) (G)
The one to arrive with. Six in the navy box, stamped and sealed like registered mail. Technically a gift. Whether it stays one is between you and the box. Either way, someone will be thankful.AED 110The Single Ensaymada (D) (G)
Sent alone, on purpose. A butter-rich brioche that sleeps overnight and wakes up under vanilla-seed buttercream and a blizzard of Edam and mature cheddar. Enough to be thankful for. Not enough to share.AED 18Gift Box of Nine Ensaymadas (D) (G)
Nine. Bulk mail, by our standards. For the office, the family, or a Sunday with ambitions. Boxed, stamped and franked before it leaves the kitchen. We once watched nine go in eleven minutes. We did not intervene.AED 160
P.S. There's Coffee.
Poured, not baked. It wears the same crown, though.
CMC - Coffee Milk Cheese 250ml (D)
Cream cheese and Edam cheese whipped with vanilla, sitting on your coffee like a cloud with a job. Choose Bold Coconut, full and creamy, or Black Honey, softly sweet and floral. Drink it through the cheese, not around it.AED 35
