About Pizza Di Rocco - Al Dhafrah
Our pizzas are cooked in our authentic hand made ovens, and we use a special "00" type Flour with wheatgerm for our dough which is matured for between 24-72 hours allowing for it to be more easily digestible and light. Our tomato sauce is made from premium, select Italian tomatoes, and we only use 100% Fior Di Latte Mozzarella15% off entire menu
