As the name suggests, the coffee underwent a 200-hour fermentation in sealed barrels — a water-based method that allows deep flavor development while maintaining a clean, refined profile.

From the Rumukia Coffee Farmer Society in Nyeri, the Kagunyu station is situated in the Karatina region. Smallholder farmers here grow coffee at the foothills of Mt. Kenya and Aberdare mountains. For this natural processed lot, ripe red cherries were carefully selected and floated to remove lighter floaters, ensuring high quality.The region’s flat terrain allows mechanical harvesting, contributing to Brazil’s reputation for efficiency and affordable pricing. Black cherry, red grapes, cacao nibs.
