    Espresso Roast 250g. This naturally processed lot offers delicious fruity character. Expect apricot jam, peach, and bergamot, with fresh tangy acidity. Notes of elderflower, jasmine, and candied lemon reveal the pure character of Yirgacheffe. Through milk, the soft fruit is complemented by chocolate and sweet black tea. In Ethiopia, natural coffees are typically delivered the day they are harvested and are first sorted for ripeness and quality before being rinsed clean of dirt. Then they are sp

    Filter Roast 250g. We love the large beans of the Pacamara varietal for their superb complexity. In the cup, expect refined fruit notes like red apple, and plum, alongside rooibos and milk chocolate. The body is silky, with honey-like sweetness. Our Pacamara lot underwent Black Honey processing.     Espresso Roast 250g. This naturally processed coffee is clean and crisp. A slow drying process brings depth and texture. Expect pear, mango, and almond, underpinned by rich dark chocolate. Acidity is gently lactic. Diego is passionate about processing, choosing to fully dry his coffees under sun. Natural processing requires a high level of care to ensure an even cup profile, but the results are well worth the effort. This lot was dried on raised beds at the mill, developing its complex profile.

Historically, Indonesia has processed their coffees using the wet hull method.     Filter/Espresso Roast 250g. Our Funky Decaf is intense and fruit-forward. Notes of strawberry, cherry, and banana are supported by candy like sweetness and a base of rich chocolate. Following harvest, the whole coffee cherries undergo a 48 to 60-hour anaerobic fermentation, enhancing their fruity flavour.
