Back in 2008, our Chef, Samuele Angolani found his passion for artisan gelato and decided to tour Italy. On his journey, he discovered how different regions, cultures and ingredients result in unique gelato flavours. After 15 years of gelato-making experience, he has not stopped perfecting his art. Through his ice cream, Samuele wants you to travel to Italy.
