Bachir Ice Cream was first founded in 1936 in a little town of Bikfaya, Lebanon by brothers Maurice & Edward Bachir. The legacy has since been brought down to generations and travelled from Lebanon to France, Brazil, to finally arrive in the UAE! Passion, Commitment & Continuity were the core predicaments to the ice cream everyone now cherishes. Bachir Ice Cream is authentic, it’s proudly Lebanese and it’s for everyone.
