About Pizza Maestrello
Founded in 2017 by three Italians – Giulia Maestrello, Matteo Castagna, and Fabio Bressan – we are a chain of modern Italian pizzerias, now launching Dubai expansion. Maestrello is a 'fast casual' format, combining top-quality ingredients with a fast service. Our pizza is made with a unique dough, a mix of three different types of Italian flour and lots of Giulia’s love and care.
