Espresso/Filter Roast (250g)Low-caffeine coffee plants are incredibly rare, because caffeine acts as a protection against coffee plant diseases. This makes Laurina and Aramosa varietals extremely hard to grow. Both naturally contain only 0.3-0.7% caffeine (regular Arabica coffee has up to 1.8%). Espresso Roast (250g)This is the third season we have worked with Antonio Medina, owner of La Colina. Grown at 1700 metres, our coffee is a blend of two classic Central American varietals: Caturra and Bourbon. Fully washed, this lot offers a beautiful blend of rich sweetness and gentle, citric acidity.The profile is well balanced with sweetness and acidity in harmony. As it cools, notes of cranberry and nougat linger sweetly.

Filter/Espresso Roast(250g)Cherries are hand sorted for unripes and overripes by the farmers before they go into further processing. A disc pulping machine removes the cherries and pulp. Instant Specialty Coffee
