About Primo by Dario Iannetti
Being a child, I used to love my grandmother's homemade food made of simple ingredients but turned out to be real masterpieces! My grandfather, whose name was Primo, taught me to value simple things: clean water, homemade bread, olive oil and strong Italian coffee. His first lessons of loving simple things I have brought to all my recipes. I proudly want to share with you the unique old homemade meals from Umbria region where I was born, made with passion in memory of family traditions.
