Deliveroo and Mama Rita want you to flaunt your love for Lebanese Food & its traditions

To celebrate all things Lebanese, Deliveroo and Mama Rita have come together to create a limited-edition special designed tote bag as a homage to the Lebanese culture.

6 October 2021 -It’s no secret that Lebanese food has something special and anyone who has ever tasted the cuisine, know that it reflects Lebanon's rich culture and its heartwarming customs. For a lot of expats in Dubai - it brings pleasure, stirring memories and feeding emotions. To celebrate all things Lebanese, Deliveroo and Mama Rita have come together to create a limited-edition special designed tote bag as a homage to the Lebanese culture.

Designed by mother and daughter duo Jessica and Rita Kahawaty, the custom made tote bags bring together some of Lebanon’s most iconic food items that also happen to be best sellers at Mama Rita. To get your hands on one of the bags all customers need to do is place an order for Mama Rita on Deliveroo on 8th of August.

This launch is an extension of Deliveroo’s ongoing Deliveroo presents Lebanese Marketing Campaign which was rolled out earlier this month. The campaign honours the country’s cuisine and also sheds light on important customs with a touch of nostalgia.

Speaking about her collaboration with Deliveroo, Jessica Kahawaty said, “I launched Mama Rita with my mother just a year ago and the response to our food has been overwhelming. Mama Rita is a true expression of my love of home cooking that has been passed down through the generations of my family. The meals delivered to your home are a true taste of my own kitchen. We have received so much love from Dubai since our launch, that when Deliveroo approached us with an idea to celebrate Lebanese cuisine; and a proposition to give something creative to our customers - I knew we wanted to be a part of this campaign!”
