This February, Deliveroo is sending out over 200,000 Roo-minders with orders ensuring couples don’t forget to order flowers for their partners

6 Febuary 2025 This Valentine's Day, Deliveroo is pulling out all the stops to keep love blooming and make forgetting flowers impossible! To help lovebirds stay ahead of the game, Deliveroo is releasing over 200,000 Roo-minders across the UAE. After all, sometimes a cheeky prompt is all it takes to keep the romance alive. Until the 14th of February, every order placed from its grocery store, HOP, and cloud kitchen sites, Editions, in Dubai and Abu Dhabi will include a Roo-minder Kit, featuring quirky elements to ensure no one forgets the big day.

Deliveroo’s Roo-minders come in all shapes and sizes including magnets, coasters, remote and mirror stickers, door hangers, business cards, as well as sticky labels, each one designed to be placed as a not-so-subtle hint around the house before the big day. Beyond the reminders, each piece features a QR code that, once scanned, directs the user to the wide selection of Flowers stores available on the Deliveroo app, facilitating immediate ordering. With playful messages like “This fridge is cold, but forgetting flowers is colder” and “Stay away—unless flowers are on the way,” these humorous reminders serve as little love notes on everyday amenities like mirrors, refrigerators, coffee tables, and even TV remotes, ensuring the message is seen clearly.
